Coordinated the I/O psychology colloquium series (meets three times a quarter) and the I/O psychology dissertation seminar (no course credit is granted to the director for serving as the instructor for these courses). Governed the selection and admissions process for the I/O doctoral program (100+ applications) and 5 year B.A./M.S. program. Oversaw the doctoral comprehensive examination question creation, grading, and oral defenses. Coordinated the I/O faculty for an annual workshop for the undergraduates focused on careers and graduate school in I/O psychology.
