Aluminium
Our aluminium profiles are using plastic covers in clear transparent, frosted or milky options. With this they
provide an easy-to-use mounting:
- fix the aluminium profile
- tape the LED strip inside
- insert the cover from the top
- done
This is the best option for mounting inside cabinet walls and other limited spaces.
You will get a superior thermal design on top!
Our aluminium product line includes aluminium profiles for surface, recessed and suspended mounting options.
For surface mount we always use spring steel clips to avoid the breakage risk of plastic clips.
All our aluminium profiles are made of aluminium alloy 6063 and are anodised.
New: Linear Aluminium
We proudly present a new aluminium profile series with absolutely linear light appearance. You will not see any
LED dots anymore at all.
This provides you the mounting advantages of aluminium profile with the linearity of our plastic profiles and
superior heat management.
New: Aluminium Floor Profile in IP67
We proudly present a new aluminium profile for floor mounting in IP67 without factory sealing!
As any other aluminium profile you are able to cut it (and customize it) on-site and mount it all from the top. The
IP67 sealing comes purely from our design and not from coating or potting or encapsulating the LED strip.
Of course it will withstand trucks as much as “high heels”.
Plastic
We have a long tradition with plastic profiles.
We know how to create “linear” profiles that offer you a smooth linear lighting effect (like fluorescent tubes)
and avoid the “dot effect” of LEDs, also by using optical batches during the extrusion.
All our plastic profiles are made of PMMA (acrylic), some covers for the aluminium profiles are made of PC.
All PMMA profiles are made using a high temperature batch, which increases the softening temperature
from 85°C to 125°C.
We are presumably the only manufacturer in China offering this as a standard.
Some profiles are made as co-extrusions to offer you a wide selection and combination of colors and
diffusers.
Some profiles are using softening batches or high impact batches or light-tight chalk batches or optical
batches or frosted batches or a combination of those. The high temperature batch is a standard anyway.
If sealed properly, our plastic profiles offer an IP54 protection.
Product Development
Using our own R&D department and our own design engineers we are able to realize individual profiles and
solutions for various applications. No matter if for the (high-) lighting of food, high-quality consumer products
or exhibition stands - we offer the optimized solution for your application.
We also offer the “complete package” including end caps, mounting clips, a strain relief and many more
options.

The OPTICline Alu 12 profile offers an unsymmetric inserting
rail that can be placed in 2 different positions or left out.
Combined with the lens type cover it offers 5 different light
beam angles (depending on the LED size and height used,
using LUXX reference LED strips: 20° to 90°). This focuses
the light and creates various wallwasher effects.

The MULTILine Alu 16 profile also works as a mounting
rail for the LineProfil 12 and LineProfil 14-8 (see page 33)
plastic profiles. Those two profiles can be easily inserted
from the sides. Especially for longer installations (more than
1 meter) this is a perfect option to avoid any bending of the
plastic profile. Using a staggered way of mounting, this also
ensures a smooth linking of multiple profiles for lengths over
2.5 meters.
