At Jonah’s preaching, the people of Nineveh repent, and the Lord withdraws the punishments he had threatened.

This world is passing away, time is short; Paul tells us to get our priorities right.
Gospel: Mark 1:14-20
The heart of Jesus’ preaching, the kingdom of God and the call to repentance and belief, and his first disciples.

The course follows the revelation of Trinitarian theology
from its source in the Old and New Testaments through
the refinements of early Church Councils and includes
contemporary contributions to Trinitarian understanding.
It proceeds from an awareness that God’s revelation to
humanity is God’s revelation of Himself in Jesus.
It acknowledges Jesus as Son and bearer of the Spirit
and examines the paschal mystery from a Trinitarian
perspective.
Sacred Heart CWL Book Club begins Thurs Jan 29 at
7:00pm at Unit 701 - 640 Broadway. We will be reading
True Devotion to Mary: With Preparation for Total
Consecration by Saint Louis de Montfort.
