This art show reflects the joy and beauty
of chickens and eggs, the gardens they
live in, and/or urban farming.
Originally established in 2007, 311
Gallery is proud to be part of the art
community that has grown up in the
Warehouse District. The Main Gallery
hosts monthly shows: a themed show of
juried works or the works of one or more
invited artists. In addition, 12 studios
exhibit the works of over 30 resident
artists. The 311 Gallery Gift Shop offers
smaller works by resident and invited
artists.

Raleigh's Warehouse District, the
Gallery’s bright and inviting space is a
place where the art takes center stage.

commissions will be donated to Urban
Ministries

The juried portion of this show has
already closed. However, late entries
are being accepted through April 12.

Entries received after March 14 will not
be juried and will not be eligible for Best
in Show or Honorable Mention.
They will, however, be eligible for the
People’s Choice Award and will be on
display in Tipping Paint Gallery.

original artwork

The winner of the People’s Choice will
receive a free entry for a future 311
Gallery juried show
Sales

Artists will receive 70% of sales; 311
Gallery will donate 15% to Urban
Ministries and will retain 15% to offset
expenses
All sales during the exhibition will be
made by 311 Gallery
Maximum size of artwork including any
framing:
- Height: 2-D 51 inches; 3-D 30 inches
- Width: 2-D 39 inches; 3-D 20 inches

Work must be completely dry and
ready for hanging or display; canvas
must be framed or gallery wrapped
•
2D art must be properly prepared for
hanging with D-rings and wire;
sawtooth or single-loop hangers, or
unprotected pastels will not be
accepted
•
311 Gallery and Tipping Paint Gallery
will install all work and reserve the
right to decline entries for size
limitations, unsuitability, or special
handling
